"Buddy groups" is a peer support group program we are trialing to help our members in their career development. In this program, we form teams of 6-10 people with similar focus who commit to helping each other professionally over an extended period of time. In addition to giving feedback and peer-to-peer mentoring, each member of the group looks out for opportunities for all the others in the group. The members may work in similar or complementary professional areas, and may or may not reside in the same geographical area. The members commit to maintaining the privacy of information shared by others.

If you are interested in being a part of the initial trial groups, please send us an email. We will create few such teams and experiment if such a model will work. Any feedback or suggestions are also welcome.
